After this course you’ll be able to master the fighting stance and basic blocks and attacks.
In this course you’ll learn the basics of Thai Boxing (Muay Thai), the art of eight limbs, train your mental elevate your stamina and burn a lot of calories at the same time. The basics include, fighting stance, stepping, guarding, and attack moves which are punches, kicks, throwing elbows and knees.
We provide gloves, but you can bring your own if you prefer. Age is 16+
